By using Ease you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
What you bought
A licence to use Ease on devices you own or control. You paid once. There is no subscription, no second purchase, and no feature held back behind another payment. Apple handles the transaction and any refund, so refund requests go to Apple rather than to the developer.
Ease is not a medical device
Ease is a fidget toy. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care. Any mention of ADHD, focus, or anxiety in the App Store listing describes who tends to enjoy this kind of object. It is not a clinical claim and should not be read as one.
If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional. An app that draws glowing lines is not a treatment plan.
Device capabilities
On supported iPhones, Ease uses Core Haptics to produce physical taps that respond to movement. iPad hardware does not support Core Haptics, so Ease on iPad provides its visual trails, multi-touch drawing, pressure response, and optional ambient sound without physical haptic feedback. The haptic intensity control and pulse totals are not shown on iPad. Instead, the iPad Total rises with connected trail segments during drawing. Existing stroke totals from earlier iPad builds remain as the starting value.
Your data
Ease collects and transmits nothing. The small local values described in the privacy policy stay on your device and are not available to the developer.
Fair use
Please do not decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell Ease, or pass it off as your own work.
No warranty
Ease is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It has been tested carefully, but no software is guaranteed to be free of defects or to run uninterrupted on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Ease. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Apple's terms also apply
Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to this app alongside these terms. Where the two conflict, Apple's agreement governs.

These terms may change in a future version. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last did.
